We’re seeking a skilled ERP Specialist to join our team and enhance the performance of our enterprise resource planning systems. You’ll drive system optimization, support key business functions, and collaborate across departments to align technology with organizational goals. • Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP system modules at Magellan-Haley Division
• Partner with departments to gather business requirements and translate into ERP solutions
• Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly while working with Corporate IT Specialist
• Develop documentation, user guides and training for Haley Division
• Train staff on ERP functionalities and best practices
• Coordinate upgrades and patches with Corporate IT
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity across the system
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements
• Support system integration efforts
• Participate in cross-functional technology initiatives
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university or college, or equivalent experience.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)
• Strong understanding of workflows across finance, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven experience with ERP upgrades and implementations
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
Security Requirements:
• We conduct a criminal Record Check on all new hires
• We conduct a Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) Check on all new hires; must be able to give 3 references to help verify your identity
Work Conditions:
• The ideal candidate will be able to work 7am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime as needed
• All staff must wear CSA approved footwear, hearing protection and safety glasses when entering the production floor
