EarlyON and FVES Program Assistant

Reports to: Supervisor
Location: EarlyON Centre Pembroke & Family Visit and Exchange Services

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports both the Child Exchange and Visitation Centers and the EarlyON team by contributing to safe family interactions and high-quality early childhood development services. The role is responsible for providing administrative assistance to both program areas.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary establishment and returning to school in September 2026
• Early Childhood Education Student, Social Science or equivalent field of study
• Experience working with families
• A clear vulnerable sector police records check
• First Aid and CPR Certification is considered an asset
• Oral and written proficiency in French is considered an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-discipline, good judgment.

DURATION:
8 weeks, 35 hours per week

SALARY:
$17.60 per hour
