Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile employee to join McGrimmon holdings maintenance team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks, The ideal candidate will possess.
1) strong work ethic
2) strong communication skills
3) able to lift heavy objects
4) valid driver’s license
5) general maintenance experience
6) painting experience

Responsibilities
• hauling garbage
• Grass cutting
• Snow shovelling
• general repairs (electrical/plumbing/painting)
• General Maintenance for all apts commercial/residential tenants

Experience
Any of the following:
• Landscaping
• Painting
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC
