We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in person in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure clarity and understanding of products and services.
Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in the company’s database.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or sales is required.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
Must be willing to obtain a Propane License (Company provided).
Must be willing and available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
Must be over the age of 18.
Must have reliable transportation.
