Computer Skills:
- Desktop publishing using CorelDraw to create page layouts for such items but not limited to brochures, business cards, business order forms to suit client needs, adhere to branding guidelines in preparation for print or electronic publication
- Basic photo editing for print purposes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Email skills, using both Gmail Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong typing and proofreading skills
- Copying documents from customer’s USB stick for printing
- Scanning documents onto a USB stick for email purposes
- Responding to emails and printing necessary attachments for customers
Office Skills:
- Operating commercial printing Xerox copiers for basic photocopies and items like business cards or more complex projects
- Operating laminating machines and cerlux binding equipment
Customer Service:
- Greeting customers as they come in the store and determine customer needs
- Assisting with customers to complete orders – walk-in customers, phone calls and emails
- Corresponding with customers and suppliers via phone, email and in-person
- Making copies and special printing requests as customers require
- Assisting customers with various requests and design of various items
- Preparing small order bill of sale for customers
- Receiving payments, giving change and using debit and credit machine
Soft Skills:
- Filing documents
- Dealing with confidential materials with discretion
