Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Management/Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management environment and possess strong organizational skills to manage various responsibilities effectively.

Duties
• Respond to inquiries with clarity and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

• Provide support for administrative tasks as needed to enhance workflow.
Requirements
. Proven experience in an administrative assistant, preferably in a rental office environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in office software applications; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is advantageous.
