Job Description
Nova Pole Industries is a growing Canadian manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality products while maintaining a safe and supportive work environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team.
This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for overtime and career growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring production quality, and ensuring workplace safety standards are followed.
Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Perform machine setup and basic adjustments as required
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Record production data and complete required documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general production and material handling duties as needed
• Report equipment issues or maintenance requirements to supervisors
Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is considered an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is an asset but not required
