Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of agricultural, rural lifestyle and light construction equipment, including tractors, mowers, utility vehicles, and other farm machinery. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a mechanical aptitude and a passion for working with their hands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform basic diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural, rural lifestyle and light construction equipment.
• Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting and complex repairs.
• Conduct routine service inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Assemble new equipment and ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or relevant certification is a plus.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with small engines, hydraulics, or diesel equipment is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and power tools.
• Possesses basic tools is an asset.
• Ability to work independently is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
