Seeking a electrician for a full time position
 Just Jon handyman Services is a young company with a dedicated team delivering excellence to our customers.
Work includes everything from 4 hour jobs to multiple month renovations
looking for a driven individual with a keen eye for detail. Positive attitude, flexible and open minded
Residential and commercial applications 

Responsibilities:
– Effective/ prompt communication with customers and team members 
– Perform general maintenance tasks such as residential & commercial handyman services, window and door installations, rental property maintenance, honey do lists, flooring, drywalling, painting, carpentry, garbage runs, stairs & docks– Plan for future jobs and pick up materials as needed
– Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
– Repair or replace damaged components
– Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
– Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
– Travel to jobsites
– Accountability for quality

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in construction
– Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
– Proficient in using hand and power tools
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Excellent time management and organizational abilities
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or with a team
– Excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work on challenging projects
Must have Valid G drivers license
Must have own vehicle and set of tools
Must be reliable
Must be tech savvy
Must have OCOT certification in good standing
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
Experience: Electrical : 5 years (required)
