About the Opportunity Advantage Tractor & Implement (ATI) is a community-focused tractor and equipment dealership located in Jasper, Ontario. We are looking for a Dealership Bookkeeper who is ready to take ownership of our daily financial flow.
This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or a motivated professional who wants to be more than just a number. We are looking for an energetic person we can invest in, train, and mold into a dealership finance expert.

Key Responsibilities
• Daily Financials: Manage AP/AR and daily payment reconciliations.
• Operational Integrity: Finalize unit sales and verify equipment models/serial numbers for 100% accuracy.
• System Mastery: Reconcile daily payment batches against system reports.
• Office Administration: Maintain organized digital/physical filing and general office efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
• The Right Mindset: Energetic, open to change, and a desire to streamline processes.
• Foundational Skills: A diploma or certificate in accounting, bookkeeping, or business is preferred.
• Tech-Aptitude: You find it easy to learn new software and take pride in "clean" data.
