MKDC Cabin Leaders:
- Are responsible for the care of a group of 12-14 campers (age ranges of cabins are 3-4, 4-5, 5-6, 7-8, & 9-12)
- Plan and lead activities to help campers build confidence and unity within the cabin
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure that campers follow the camper code of conduct

MKDC Programmers:
- Plan and lead activities in one or more specialty program areas (sports, visual arts, archery, mad science, boating, music, etc)
- Plan and lead whole-camp events
- Organize and maintain supplies for a specific program area

Skills & Requirements:
- Prior experience working with other people's children
- Enjoy children and working outside
- Have lots of energy and a great attitude
- Special consideration given to those with current Bronze Cross or NLS qualifications
