Healey’s Glass & Door is a trusted leader in commercial window and door installation, known for delivering quality work on time and on budget. We are seeking experienced and reliable installers to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Install commercial aluminum windows, doors, storefronts, and curtain wall systems according to blueprints and specifications
Read and interpret shop drawings, installation instructions, and work orders
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Ensure installations meet building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades
Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment as required
Complete job reports and checklists accurately
Requirements:
2+ years experience in commercial window and door installation preferred
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding or lifts
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Excellent time management and communication skills
Assets:
Experience with curtain wall and structural glazing systems
Certification in Working at Heights, WHMIS, or other safety training
Experience with caulking, waterproofing, or aluminum framing systems
