House Cleaner – OA Cleaning (The Magic Maids)

Location: Smiths Falls, Perth, Carleton Place, and surrounding areas

OA Cleaning (The Magic Maids) is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team. We take pride in providing high-quality residential cleaning services and are looking for team members who share our commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
• Clean residential homes according to OA Cleaning standards.
• Dust, vacuum and mop.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Wipe appliance exteriors, countertops, cabinets, and other surfaces.
• Spot clean walls, light switches, and doors as needed.
• Ensure every home is left clean, organized, and presentable.
• Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures.
• Communicate any concerns or maintenance issues to management.
• Treat clients’ homes and belongings with respect and confidentiality.

Requirements
• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Criminal Record Check.
• Two work references.
• Reliable cell phone with data to use the company scheduling app.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Ability perform physical work throughout the day.

Schedule
• Monday to Friday
• Day shifts (approximately 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
• Occasional weekend work may be available.
