Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Assembly Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the assembly of agricultural, rural lifestyle and light construction equipment, including tractors, mowers, utility vehicles, and other farm machinery. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a mechanical aptitude and a passion for working with their hands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble compact tractors, agricultural, and light construction equipment.
• Conduct routine service inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation as well as a clean environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or relevant certification is a plus.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with small engines, hydraulics, or diesel equipment is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and power tools.
• Possesses basic tools is an asset.
• Ability to work independently is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
