Relevant information may be shared with other organizations after a client signs a Consent to Disclosure/Authority to Release Information Form. The information shared is in accordance with the consistent use of this information under the Privacy Act. Under the Privacy Act and the Access to Information Act individuals have the right to protection of and access to their case file information

We adhere to the Personal Information and Electronics Document Act (PIPEDA). As a Service Provider we ensure that all personal information is safeguarded and protected at all times. We are required to retain information for a specified duration, after which time we dispose of all documents, in adherence with all laws governing privacy
