We are seeking an experienced and energetic caregiver to provide respite support for a high-energy young man. The role includes both in-home and community-based support, with the possibility of occasional overnight respite.
Responsibilities may include:
Providing engaging, structured activities and supervision
Supporting participation in preferred outings such as puzzles. swimming, other recreational activities in his community
Ensuring safety and promoting independence in daily routines
Maintaining a positive, patient, and supportive environment
Qualifications:
Experience supporting individuals with developmental or behavioral needs
Current First Aid/CPR certification (asset)
Driver's license an asset
Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
Schedule: Flexible part time. Hours and overnights to be arranged based on mutual availability.
