• Lead and supervise crew members on log home restoration projects
• Perform and oversee log home refinishing, media blasting, sanding, and staining, chinking
• Assess log damage including rot, insect damage, checking, and structural issues
• Execute and supervise caulking, chinking, sealing, and weatherproofing applications
• Operate and maintain restoration equipment and tools
• Ensure job site safety compliance and adherence to company policies
• Coordinate daily project tasks and workflow with project manager/owner
• Train and mentor crew members in proper restoration techniques
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding project progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
