| Job Description | • Assist in preparing log homes for restoration work, including cleaning surfaces, removing old finishes, and ensuring that logs are ready for staining and sealing.
• Assist in applying stains, sealants, and finishes to log surfaces as directed by the supervisor.
• Perform pressure washing, sanding, and glass blasting to ensure surfaces are prepared correctly.
• Help in maintaining and organizing tools and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
• Operate company vehicles to and from job sites. Transport workers, collect tools, supplies, equipment, and machinery as requested
• Safely handle and use various chemicals, stains, and equipment following safety guidelines and protocols.
• Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and project managers to meet quality standards.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team in completing projects on time and to the highest standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development as needed to effectively perform the requirements of the job and to progress with the company
• To work away from home as required
