This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
* Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities
* Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
* Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
* Ensure rooms are properly stocked and presentation-ready for guests
* Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures
* Work collaboratively with team members and hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
* Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is considered an asset
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
