Job Description

Vaile Construction is seeking a full time seasonal employee, that is detail-oriented and organized to join our team.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily Administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited To:
Greeting clients, answering phones and emails.
Organizing and maintaining filing cabinets, ordering office supplies as needed.
Processing Payroll, and WSIB returns.
Entering Info into QuickBooks and Invoicing.

Qualification: The ideal candidate should be able to work both independently and with others and must be able to multi-task. They must have experience in QuickBooks, Payroll, be familiar with Excel and be able to preform basic Administrative duties.

Hours: Monday to Friday / 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
