The Peeler Wagon is a fun, fast paced food truck known for great food, friendly service, and a commitment to quality. As we enter season 4 we’re expanding and looking for a trustworthy, energetic team member who takes pride in their work.
Position Overview
As a Food Truck Team Member, you’ll play a key role in preparing and cooking delicious food and provide exceptional service. This role blends customer interaction, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
• Greet customers and take orders with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations
Food Preparation & Cooking
• Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Operate cooking equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Assist with restocking ingredients and supplies
Quality & Attention to Detail
• Follow food safety and handling procedures at all times
• Ensure consistency in portioning, presentation, and taste
• Double check orders before serving to maintain accuracy
• Keep the truck clean and sanitized
Trust & Reliability
• Arrive on time and ready to work
• Handle payments responsibly
• Work independently when needed and support the team during rushes
• Represent The Peeler Wagon with professionalism and integrity

• Trustworthy, dependable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
