Job Description

• Finance-Bookkeeper for 1 Day per week to provide all bookkeeping and accounting services related to the day-to-day management of finances and payroll for Arnprior-Braeside-McNab Seniors At Home Program Inc. using SAGE 50 Quantum Accounting
• Preparing monthly financial reports as required by the Executive Director for Arnprior-Braeside-McNab Seniors At Home Program Inc.
• In conjunction with the Executive Director, prepare annual budgets
• 7 Hours per month will be allocated to provide all bookkeeping and accounting services related to the day-to-day management of finances and payroll for Calabogie Home Support using SAGE 50 Quantum Accounting
• In addition, the preparation of quarterly reports to Ontario Health East for Arnprior-Braeside-McNab Seniors At Home Program Inc., Renfrew and Area Seniors’ Home Support Inc. and Calabogie Home Support
• Providing assistance in collaboration with the year end audit process for Arnprior-Braeside-McNab Seniors At Home Program Inc., Renfrew and Area Seniors’ Home Support Inc. and Calabogie Home Support
