| Job Description | Permanent Part-Time Support Worker Our family is looking to grow our team at our private family home at our Renfrew location. We currently have permanent part-time support worker positions available and are looking for casual staff. Flexible hours with day, afternoon and weekend hours available. 7 hour shifts are common. Staff work 8 am - 3 pm for day shifts and 3 pm to 9 pm for the afternoon shift . Staff are needed for afternoons, weekends and occasional day shift fill ins. We are seeking applicants who are responsible and caring to support an Individual with a mental disability and seizure disorder. He needs help with bathing, dressing, meals and cleaning. The client can ambulate but needs assistance with activities daily. This is one-on-one support of a resident in a home setting. Potential full-time hours available. Requirements: PSW certificate, DSW certificate, SSW diploma, RPN certificate or direct experience working in a similar setting. A valid driver’s license and a current vulnerable sector check.
