Position Summary:
The Health Care Aide is responsible for providing personal care and support services to residents in a safe, respectful, and efficient manner, in accordance with the Home’s policies and procedures.

Schedule:

Part-time: 52.50 hours bi-weekly
Day shifts: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Ability to work weekdays and weekends required.
Requirements:

Must have a valid Canadian work permit
Must be able to reliably commute to the residence location
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and services to residents as needed
Interact professionally with residents and their family members
Complete scheduled care tasks and accurately document the assistance provided
Assist with residents’ daily living activities, promoting comfort and dignity
Follow all workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards
Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work and storage areas
Perform other duties as assigned
