• The RPN is part of a team providing long-term care and support to assist with the medical, psychological, and social needs of the client in accordance with an established plan of care in the home.
• The client is an adult female with Cerebral Palsy.
• The RPN is the primary care and support provider to the client and supports the effective operations of the Home.
