Within PFHT, the RPN is a key member of the Primary Care Team. Reporting to the Nurse Practitioner, Lead, the RPN will deliver care in accordance with the regulations set out by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and PFHT policies and procedures. The RPN will perform nursing duties within their full scope of practice and are encouraged to seek opportunities to improve their levels of service, ensuring the nursing needs of PFHT are met.

Perth Family Health Team is seeking a motivated, caring, and team-oriented individual with strong skills and attributes in patient assessment and triaging; organization; adaptable and responsive to changes in work volumes, responsibilities, and scope of practice; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and familiar with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
